After the definition and discussion of the Proposal and its acceptance ( Preliminary Agreement ), a Client will receive the full documentation for the execution of the contract.
The Consultancy Contract will be effective upon the signature of the Definitive Agreement which will include:
– the details about the Scope of the Work (SWO);
– a copy of the signed Preliminary Agreement;
– a copy of the General Terms of Sales Agreement.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
